• Digital Products: Once delivered (via email or link), they are non-refundable.
• Physical Products: Eligible for replacement if received damaged or defective.
o Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
o Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
