1. No Return Policy

All products sold by Ventex Technology are non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason.

2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement subject to the following conditions:

  • The replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect must be provided.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (if applicable).

  • The issue will be verified by our support team before approving the replacement.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. Approved claims will be resolved only through replacement of the product, not by monetary refund.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

5. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name

  • Photos/Videos of the damaged product

  • Brief description of the issue

After verification, the replacement process will be initiated, and the defective product may be picked up by our logistics partner if required.

6. Shipping Charges

If the replacement request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, the replacement shipping cost will be borne by Ventex Technology. No additional charges will be applicable to the customer.
